Keegan Digital Solutions designs and builds practical digital systems for organisations that do real work. That includes modern, mobile-friendly websites, custom web and mobile apps, and everyday tools — digital sign-in systems, online forms, and clear data dashboards — that replace slow, paper-based processes. Every project starts with listening: we work out what your team actually needs, then build the simplest thing that delivers it, explained in plain English rather than jargon.
Our clients are small and medium-sized businesses, charities, community organisations, and the people who run them — usually without an in-house IT team. They don't want a consultant's price tag or a system nobody uses; they want less admin, faster processes, and a website they're proud to share. That's the outcome we build for.
The practice is founded and run by Leighton, based in Bolton and working hands-on with every client from first consultation through to launch and ongoing support. A share of revenue from commercial work funds the Community Digital Fund, which provides reduced-cost and free digital projects for local charities and non-profits.

The journey behind Keegan Digital Solutions
Leighton's career has taken an unconventional path — beginning in the British Army before progressing through education, recruitment, outreach services, residential care, operations management, and organisational development.
Along the way he developed a passion for leadership, process improvement, and digital transformation — building a strong foundation in problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking. As his interest in technology and business growth developed, he launched Keegan Digital Solutions with a mission to help businesses strengthen their digital presence through professional websites, digital solutions, automation, and process improvements. Today, alongside leading KDS, Leighton works in organisational development and programme delivery, supporting digital transformation initiatives, system improvements, and partnership projects.
